Vendor Information

PADUG Sponsorship levels
Vendor participation is a very important component of both the annual national Ellucian conference and the regional conferences.  This participation can entail having a booth, presenting a session, and/or joining one of our sponsorship levels.  The available sponsorship levels are:

1. Conference registration fee $500
This includes vendor space in the Vendor Area, table with electricity and internet service, entrance for one person to the conference, entrance to all supplied meals, entrance to all social events, and if you choose, allows you to present one session.

2. Additional person fee $85
This includes entrance for one additional person to the conference, entrance to all supplied meals, entrance to all social events.

3. Sponsorship of the Food Break $150
Signage will be posted next to the break tables and in the printed schedule to recognize the vendor.
 
4. Sponsorship of the Reception $200
Signage will be posted next to the service bar and in the printed schedule to recognize the vendor.

5. Additional gift
If you are interested in supplying any additional gifts for each conference attendee (like tote bags, backpacks, etc) contact Rich Metzger to make arrangements.
